HP Support assistant self-installed without my knowledge and keeps getting stuck on download. How can I get this piecs of junk off my computer?
Control-Panel>Add/Remove Software -njt posseble "Error 1316. A network error while attempting to read from the file C/Windows/HP Support Assistant.msi"

This is a good program, and a good printer. My only problem with it is that this printer uses up ink very quickly and their inks are expensive, even when using the recycle program.

cjb2300EN.exe is the file that is on my computer as well as the file that is supposedly is newer and available for download

very simple and helpfull software. the only option that should be very helpfull is the addition of canvas size.
