I can't print in landscape direction two pages in each sheet (letter size). Theoretically it is possible following the instructions given by the program, but it doesn't work. Can you help me?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update the drivers and software of your Lexmark printer. Access the official web page, identify your product model, select your operating system and download and install the latest files available. Also, if you press the Manuals & Guides button from the Tech Library section, you can find the necessary instructions to use the printer. If you still have problems, I suggest you contact the developers.

I have a new Toshiba (with Windows 7) laptop. Also old, but perfectly working Lexmark 2450 printer. I have used the Lexmark installation disk but I get an error message when I try to launch it. It's asking me to browse for lxcrlpx.exe which I can't find. Most grateful for any advice.

The installer needs a driver component it cannot find and displays the error. Try downloading the whole package of the drivers form the official website and install them manually using the installer package.
I have a Lexmark 3600-4600 Series and I can't get it to print anything. I try to print files and it pops up a notification message with a list of things to check. How can I fix the problem?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you right-click on Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Locate your printer driver, right-click on its icon and select Uninstall. Next, remove the printer software using Add or Remove Programs feature and reboot your PC. After that, reinstall the printer drivers and software and configure it following the instructions from the official user guide. Also, you can find the printing information beginning with page 60.
I have downloaded the most current files for my printer from the Lexmark website. There are 2 downloads:a driver and a utility. After installing them both and "refreshing" Software Informer, Software Informer still shows that I have 1.31.0.1 installed and the current version should be 4.0.128.0, so I searched my computer for the following files ("The names of program executable files are App4R.exe, lxdjpswx.exe") that I got from the Software Informer. The lxdjpswx.exe files that appeared in my search all had the 4.0.128.0 version number, but the App4R.exe files all showed 1.31.0.1 for the version number.
Is this a problem with the way that Software Informer looks for the files (a bug maybe, since it must be checking version numbers on both files and assumes they should both be 4.0.128.0)? Or are my Lexmark files really not up-to-date? If so, where am I supposed to get the update for App4R.exe?

SI Client reads the version from registry. If the version is reported in registry as being 4.0.128.0, then that's the version it will display. The problem is that sometimes the version may differ because of the system files.
According to the format used by Lexmark drivers, it seems that version 4.0.128.0 is from something else because actual numbering is: 1.X.X.X. There is no version related to 4.0.x.x. You are using the latest driver.
If you use Windows XP or bellow you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the program and then click Remove. If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the application and click on Uninstall.
Also you can try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
My Lexmark X2670 uses the 14 and 15 cartridges and it doesn't show the ink level. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, remove the ink cartridges, and close the cartridge carrier lids. After that, un-plug the power cable wait for 10-15 seconds and connect the printer again. Press the power button and re-insert the cartridges. If it doesn't help, turn off the printer, press and hold the Color Copy button and then press the Power option. Once you see the 0 entry, release the first button and use the up and down arrows to select 5 option. Press Black Copy option and the printer will reboot.
I have Windows 7 as operating system and I can't print using the wireless feature. Can you help?

you need to turn the spooler on, click start, control panel, double click administrative tools, then services. Double click printer spooler and set type to automatic.
Check if the carrier lid is closed and restart your printer. Take a look also at the steps provided by Lexmark Technical Support in order to change the cartridges and make sure that you have followed all of them.
